Procedure
Please do the following if you would like your child to enroll in Our Lady Queen of Mercy School:
1) Fill out the application available online and send it in. Also send in a copy of the most recent report card.
2) Call the school and set up an appointment with the principal. This is important, because we want you to get a feel for the school and begin establishing a relationship with us. You will also have a chance to ask questions, tour the school and discuss your child with us.
3) Pay all fees, new student application fees and family fees. For tuition and fee information click here
4) Submit a copy of your child's birth and baptismal certificates, a copy of his or her social security card, and the blue immunization form required by the State of Alabama
